Took the time to listen as well as explain things to ease my fears and calm my mind. An outstanding doctor that I would absolutely recommend to others!

Not happy at all with this practitioner. I have seen rheumatologist for 34 years. Never have I met such a narrow minded, assuming, lecturing mammoth who never completes a thorough examination to make a true assessment. He is knowledgeable in medications and knows facts.

Dr. Blumenthal did not allow me to say what medical problems I'm hoping to consult him for. Instead, he told me what problems I came to see him for. Before I couldn't tell him about my problems, he already concluded the visit. He was argumentative, making the visit very difficult. The progress note was rude, judgmental and full of his biased emotions. Lack of manner and empathy. Would choose 0 rating if offered.

Was referred to this doctor after my doctor relocated. He was thorough with explaining medical conditions. The problem was that he went into a long drawn out explanation about renewing a prescription for pain meds. I was told that I could be considered a bad patient, that I was stock piling meds. I understand that there is an opiate crisis but when a great patient comes to their doctor with a medical condition you should not be treated like a street drug user. I will not return to this doctor.
