Outstanding Doctor
Dr. Boisoneau immediately detected not only my severe deviated septum, but the fact that I also had a bone spur blocking my airway. That same day I was scheduled for surgery 3 weeks out. I had a phenomenal experience both at his office and at the facility he performed the surgery in. I could tell he engaged well with the staff and they respected and liked him. He came in prior to the surgery and explained everything again and addressed every single concern or question I had. He was efficient but thorough. I would highly recommend him, and have done so to others.

not thorough
He did a great job clearing my sinus passages but refused to address my deviated septum, which gave me migraines. I don't know why, I wasn't going to argue. He just kept me in a loop of doctors who had no bearing on my problem. Got a second opinion and had my septum fixed correctly and completely. So if you want half the job done, he's the doctor for you!

Dr Boisoneau took care of my elderly mother. He was very knowledgeable, dry kind and incredibly patient. The office staff was just as kind. They fired my mom in on the same day because she was in pain.

Dr Boisoneau is too quick to write off patient questions and concerns, or to say it is not in his specialty, and to discharge patients without any follow-up advice or referral. I have had this experience on more than one occasion with him. I do not plan to return to him, and do not recommend him.

Been a patient for over 10-years. Excellent practitioner. Cares about you as a person. Excellent clinically. Trust him completely. He did my sinus surgery 2-years ago; this was after waiting 8-years to do it. He was so patient with me; just kept saying you'll decide to have when you are ready. He even suggested I go to another ENT doctor for an opinion. Finally, my frequent infections got so bad, I decided to have surgery; he was great and did an excellent job. Highly recommend him.
