Dr. David Bonilla, MD

I do not understand why my review keeps getting deleted. It just goes to show how “creditable” this office truly is. Dr Bonilla was my OB for my pregnancy which I lost at 19 weeks due to his failure in giving me proper care. A week or so before I lost my child due to incompetent cervix I complained to him about light spotting and I asked if I could come in to the office. All he did was prescribe me another round of yeast infection medication without even bothering to have me come in. When I started experiencing horrible lower back pain that came in rhythmic pattern which I explained to his staff members I spoke to on the phone they assured me that it was normal and still did not schedule me to come in. For two days I was having contractions with not a clue on what the hell to do because no one wanted to give me the time of day. If you are a black women please do not see this OB. I can not stress that enough.

Please look at the low reviews and take them seriously. This man is impossible to get a hold of. He is not through at all and does not have good experience with high risk pregnancies. Please be careful making him you're doctor. Please please please.

He is the best obgyn and very nice and gave me alot of options and explained all of the birth control questions i had!

He is the best obgyn he delivered my 3 girls and he he helped me very well with all my high risk pregnancies

I went to Dr. Bonilla with a high risk pregnancy I didn’t believe I was receiving the level care I should have Just when I transferred to another doctors office in 2nd trimester I was diagnosed with incompetent cervix and I was leaking amniotic fluid, it was too late for new doctors office to do a stitch I lost my son at 19 weeks. I was informed I should have gotten a stitch at 14 weeks

I’ve been seeing Dr Bonilla since I was 17, he deliver both of my children. He is wonderful, very kind and understanding. I love him so much! I won’t see any other OB but him!

1 year later and I am still traumatized 39 weeks told I had low fluids resulting in a nightmare induction leading to an emergency c-sect. When he broke my water I’ll never forget the nurses face since I flooded the bed and floor. She asked after if I was sure fluid level was the reason for induction. Twice during my terrible labor he removed my o2 mask saying it was not needed. My nurse rushed in each time puzzled when I said it was his direction. I feel it was planned as he clock watched.

An awesome doctor, awesome staff!!! He delivered my twin girls almost 5 years ago. He's very patient, informative, calm, and amazing. He listens to his patients and gives them sound advice without sounding like a doctor!!

Dr. Bonilla is the best, he delivered my last 2 babies and I had the best experience ever.

I had some CRAZY WOMEN ISSUES GOING ON DOWN THERE. I tried 2 other OB/GYNs which left me searching for a 3rd. Anyways, Dr. BONILLA WAS #3 and the guy that got the job done. It wasn't just the women issues. :( I have had anemia my whole life. But the women issues led to blood transfusions....WHICH CREATED A SENSE OF URGENCY TO RID MYSELF OF THE CRAZY CRAP GOING ON INSIDE ME. HIS TEAM WAS WONDERFUL FROM THE 1ST APPOINTMENT TO THE LAST POST OP APOINTMENT. He listened and took care of the problem.

Dr Bonilla was our birth doctor through both of our pregnancies. We requested him again for our second child because he is professional and, just as important, he is a gentle spoken and kind hearted person. It was our pleasure to have him deliver our sons and would most definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bonilla's for a couple years now and I have to say he is one of the best doctors that I've had...ever. Throughout my pregnancy I've had so many questions and he has always answered them. Easy to reach via email and phone. Staff is wonderful. Every time I visit I feel like I'm his only patient - he seems to remember everything about my history and what I tell him. I had a medical issue and he even called me on a holiday. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an ob/gyn.

He is a horrible selfish man. I gained only 15lbs over the recommended weight gain an he repeatedly criticized me about my size, even though my bp was healthy and no gest. diabetes. At one point I was told to eat more salads. He assured me induction was safe, and convinced me to do it. My body did not respond well to the induction and I almost had to have a c-section along with other issues. I later looked up the risks of medically uneccecary inductions and he had never mentioned any of them.

Dr. Bonilla is impossible to get a hold of. He does not have compassion for difficult situations, & makes you feel like just another number.
