I had an emergency situation and needed to be seen immediately. Dr. Bray took me in with no hesitation and made me feel comfortable in his care. His team was able to quickly give me an appointment. I couldn’t be any happier with the results!

Dr. Bray is the best! The results of my deep plane face lift and platysmaplasty have exceeded my expectations! My face is rejuvenated, and the laxity in my neck is gone. To provide you with background information: I had a previous lower facelift (SMAS) with Dr. Bray in 2010. At the time, age 50, I was showing the early signs of aging (jowl formation and saggy skin). That facelift was everything that I could ask for; my face returned to its’ youthful shape. The facelift lasted 12 solid years! Fast forward to 2022-2023, I noticed that my face and neck were sagging, and I was not happy with my appearance. Since Dr. Bray did my previous surgery, I had no worries about him performing the second operation. The deep plane facelift was performed this time and the platysmaplasty was a must at this point to address the neck laxity and to reacquire the neck and chin definition. Dr. Bray also performed minor liposuction to further refine the chin and mouth area. I am very happy!

Dr. Bray was referred by my dermatologist. I wasn't sure I wanted to have surgery but Dr Bray explained what was going on with my aging face and the procedure to fix it. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and sincere. I was still nervous but he was so thorough pre operatively checking my medical history I felt very comfortable going in. The anesthesiologist and nurse who worked with him during the surgery were also fabulous. The surgery and recovery went really well and the results exceeded my expectations. I am 66 and had a lower face and neck lift; I was starting to look like an old lady even though I wasn't feeling like it.Dr Bray did what he said he was going to do and I am very happy that I did this.

I wanted to share my experience with breast augmentation by Dr. David Bray Jr at Beach Cities Plastic Surgery. It’s been 10 years!! And after 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding I am so beyond thrilled, happy, impressed on how intact and perky, soft, even! They look ! If I could leave these implants in forever - I would because that’s how happy I am with them. He’s amazing!!! His work is perfection! He’s the nicest and so is his staff ! I will definitely be returning to him to put in a fresh pair of implants for safety reason because every (6-10 years you should check on them/ replace) but trust me if I could leave them in- I would !! I picked Dr. Bray Jr. because in my consultation he took the time and talked me through what I wanted and advised me against some things when he could have just taken my money. The day of surgery, his focus and attention to detail making sure everything was lined up correctly was like watching an artist and made me feel at ease. My belly button is perfectly placed! I am currently 3 weeks post op and although I am still swollen I can already see a difference and I’m so Happy! Also, the pain was minimal. I did plan accordingly to make it as easy as possible ( I suggest a toilet seat lift) but after the first day I was able to move around on my own and it was easier every day. I was back to work after two weeks without issues. I highly recommend him and plan to have a few more procedures with him.

What an amazing difference Dr. Bray has made in my life. I feel 15 years younger and my husband says I look 20 years younger! Dr. Bray took meticulous care in performing lower face and neck lift about 3 months ago. The week before the procedure I almost cancelled it because I was getting anxious and scared of how difficult the recovery was going to be. He was very good at explaining all the details, listening to my needs, and adjusting the procedure to meet my needs and desires, coming with the results that maybe me very happy. The follow up appointments addressed all of my questions as well. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. David Bray was excellent! I consulted with three different plastic surgeons in my area who offered competitive pricing for the same procedures that I was interested in. I chose Dr. Bray because he discussed the pros and cons of every procedure, I was interested in getting. I was like a kid in a candy store and wanted to get everything done at ONCE. Dr. Bray and Rose, help me narrow down my list to just the breast augmentation and tummy tuck. They saved me tons of money and I am completely satisfied with my results. Regarding the actual surgery (breast augmentation and tummy tuck), it went extremely well. No real pain and I went back to work (I work from home) after 10 days. I am two weeks out, as I write this review, and from what I can tell, I love the results. In summary, this was one of the best decisions I made, and I was blessed to have Dr. Bray.

Dr. David Bray Jr. did a neck/facelift surgery on me. I'm super happy with the outcome. The before and after is more than I could've hoped for. I had no complications and healed quickly. I also was awake during the procedure, which is safer and less expensive.

I saw Dr. Bray's work on a friend of mine, and was so impressed that I called the office that same day. Dr. B is a no-nonsense, straightforward doctor. Lots of patience for my questions, and I never felt rushed. We had a couple of meetings prior to the surgery to make sure we were both on the same page, and that I got exactly what I wanted. And boy did he deliver. Rose made sure I had everything I needed, every step of the way. She reminded me of appointments I needed to make, dates I needed to have stuff done by, and called just before and after the surgery to make sure I was ok. The surgery was fast (I had an in-office, local anesthetic), and was done before I knew it. I felt absolutely ZERO pain, and at my request, Dr. B narrated the procedure so I knew what was happening. The post-op instructions were very clear, and recovery has been a breeze. The toughest part was sleeping elevated, on my back for a week.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Dr Bray is an extremely talented surgeon, and his work speaks for itself. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I am absolutely loving my facelift & neck lift from him.
