Very arrogant. No bedside manner. Seems only interested in adding billable procedures during your visit.

Have been going to his office for years. ONLY return because I rarely see him, and see his PA Sophie. He is very rude, and condescending. The records they keep are sloppy at best. I had to tell them for 3 years that they had my race wrong in my patient profile. My last visit I had to see him (PA was on maternity leave). He insisted upon taking a blood test at 1pm. I told him I had not been fasting. My record now reflects that I HAD been fasting, and that I have diabetes!?

My mother was a health provider so I grew up "in the business". I have heard about unprofessional providers before, but had never experienced one personally. David Brehm's office and staff appear professional enough initially, but I soon learned that lab results, phone messages and patient portal messages were handled very carelessly - if at all. I consider myself a very low maintenance patient - I can't even imagine what would happen if you had an acute need. You can do better than this.

This practice used to be one of the best in Dallas 4 years ago. It started a steep decline a year and a half ago. There are no follow-ups for any test results (including x-rays and MRI's)and no reminders for yearly exams, mammograms, etc. I'm a huge believer in preventative medicine and I strongly feel this Dr. is more interested in having you sick. The final straw has been no call back after three weeks of attempting to contact them. I'm so dissapointed because of the referrals we've sent.

Was told I would be seeing Brehm and instead got stuck with one of his assistants who were clueless on what it could've been. Every suggestion they had was ridiculous and rejected by future doctors I had gone to. Used to be a great doctor back in 2007, but lately, the quality has gone down considerably. I have moved on.
