Their desk personnel are rude. She kept cutting me off in the middle of my sentence when trying to explain to her what an employee of theirs told me. She insisted that I was wrong, flat out told me that. Doctor is a flash doctor. You'll spend more time in the exam room waiting for the doctor than him actually talking to you. Everytime, and I mean EVERYTIME, I seen doctor Brown he asked me the exact questions and just kept prescribing me pills. He didn't go over my mri results when they were in.

My experience with Dr Brown is very pleasant. Great doctor always friendly and professional. However, a staff member by the name of Meredith is rude, loud and unkind to patients. Had an issue where she said I wasn't a patient of his anymore and had a balance of a procedure done 3 years ago. I guess the billing office also has some issues. She was not helpful and insisted I wasn't his patient and could not see him unless I paid the $300 (which I'm willing to pay) but needed more information on it
