Went in for a UHC Rewards/annual preventative visit. Bucher is a nice guy but sat at his computer typing notes the entire time - I thought as part of the intake. At the end without being prompted, he made a point of saying I should ignore any bills I received and that I wouldn't have to pay anything for the visit. I later got a bill for services I did not seek or receive medical treatment for. Both he and the clinic would not change the billing codes and cited the notes he spent most of the visit typing up. Something isn't right here, don't trust him.

Dismissed Partner’s Concerns
My partner saw Dr. Bucher for a telehealth appointment earlier this spring to discuss concerns he has ADHD. The whole appointment apparently lasted less than 10 minutes and did not include an ADHD screening. When my partner said he had been wondering if medication would help his concerns, Dr. Bucher actually rolled his eyes at him. I realize health professionals are fielding a lot of appointments about ADHD right now, but my partner went in to the meeting with an open mind and was dismissed and made to feel like he was doing something wrong asking about his concerns. He may be an excellent doctor for his established patients, I wouldn’t know. I’m only writing this in the hope that Dr. Butcher does not dismiss future patients similarly.

Was very good at explaining things. Asked a lot of relevant questions. Was not in a rush at all. I would recommend Dr. Bucher any day. I was impressed.
