I switched to Dr Chang when I couldn’t get my medication right through a normal practitioner. It’s hard finding the right medication for each person. He has doing nothing but help me. How he could even have one negative review is just ridiculous. Unless you weren’t honest with him ? Maybe you should re evaluate your own self and be honest with your Dr

I have been dealing with my diagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder for 30 years and have seen a number of doctors. Dr. Chang is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I've seen. In addition to my illness he's helped me address my issues of middle insomnia and childhood trauma and I've never felt stronger. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone who is wants to stablize their illness, grow as a person, and meet their wellness goals.

As long as you are honest with him he WILL listen to you. Ive been going to see him for 8 years. He occasionally doesn't remember conversations we've had and names of of friends but in the big picture that doesn't matter. He is an excellent Dr. It is hard to lie to him, which I found out first hand. So if you are looking for someone to prescribe you benzos along with suboxone or a doctor who will allow you to smoke pot, steer clear of this Dr. But if you are looking to recover, he is the MAN.

Have none of the negative experiences others have expressed here. Dr. Chang is very flexible on timing and scheduling of visits. His knowledge as a pharmacologist is excellent and current. He is very mild mannered and very accommodating. He gets immediately to the heart of issues and doesn't spend a lot of time playing word games about one's mother. I have found him the best place for drug management and talk therapy that I have found in 25 years in Nashville. He is great.
