I needed an immediate tooth extraction due to an abcess from a cracked molar. Immediately fit me in within the lunch break to take care of me. Easy procedure, great explanation of entire process.

Did preop appointment so surgery could be scheduled 5 weeks later, hoping insurance paperwork could be completed. Waited 4 weeks to check with office on insurance paperwork. None done. I called insurance and after many hours on the phone gave staff form number and instructions for Prior Authorization. Had that done in three days. The staff didn't file for Single Case Agreement until two days prior to surgery. Surgery cancelled the day before. The staff said the surgery would be rescheduled the next week. Docter himself told the dentist he would reschedule surgery for the next week. I called daily and was told a different story. I was placed on hold many times, promised someone would call back, promised they would call if anything changed. Never received a call or the truth. The staff is very incompetent and rude. They don't do their job. Even when you go in person you wait to talk to anyone. I would not recommend the way the staff treat patients and families.

Amazing experience with both procedures with Dr. Collette. They really worked to expedite my surgeries as best they could through Covid.

Dr. Collette is personable and informative and has done a super job preparing my implant. I would have no reservations returning to him in the future.

He is such a wonderful oral surgeon. My dentist recommended another oral surgeon but I had him prior and refuse. I told them to call Dr. Collette. I was scheduled the next day. I read some negative reviews about his staff but I think some of those customers need to change their attitudes. I know being a nurse myself. Love them!

I had over Ten Extractions and Dr and his Team very experienced and wonderful Sedated for whole thing

They screwed up and gave us a schedule time months away then gave a different time the day before the appointment and would not work with us as the "new" time was unfeasible due to work/school already moved for original time. The Office Supervisor "Amber" then basically called me a liar and refused to admit they screwed up when i told her I had the paper I wrote on when I originally called, saying "that doesn't mean we made the mistake". They then refused to see my daughter because I "yelled".

Dr. Collette and his entire staff made my visit a pleasant experience. I hate dental work of any kind so making me comfortable can be difficult at times but not this one. Dr. Collette was very kind and asked many questions while answering all of mine.

Both I and my daughter have had work done here, and Dr. Collette and his team are wonderful! He is highly skilled - precise and seeking to minimize trauma while maximizing results, he and his staff have excellent bedside manner along with being efficient and effective, and their focus is clearly the health, care, and final outcomes for their patients. I highly recommend!

I just received a phone call from a collection agency about a service preformed in March of 2015. They said I owed 1100 dollars for the service. I had already paid close to 500 at the time of service. This is why I did not think I would have any problems. I never received and statement or call informing me of my past due balance. Dr. Collette is very professional and talented. I went to him for a dental emergency and he was able to fit me in right away and put my mind at ease. His staff was courteous, helpful, and caring. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Collette and his staff are wonderful! Both of my daughters have had their wisdom teeth removed at his clinic. Everyone was kind, patient and very thorough! My girls were nervous and Dr. Collette was funny and eased their worry! Thank you for making this experience a great one for our family!

Our daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed. Even though we live out of state now, we returned to New Mexico for this surgery from Dr. Collette. Although we decided to go with Dr. Collette fairly late in the game and during our daughter's break from school, his office opened up an hour early to do the procedure. Our daughter was pretty nervous as she had never been put under anesthesia before and Dr. Collette put her at ease.
