Kind, caring, courteous!
I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Connor. I felt like he really listened to my concerns and cared. He answered my questions and didn't hesitate to further explain when I had additional questions. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. I wish every doctor had his patience and kindness.

I was referred to Dr. Conner after I was examined by another surgeon within ONE, who gave his opinion on the surgery I required but said it wasn't one that he performed. So, I came to Dr. Conner simply to confirm and arrange the proposed surgery. Dr. Conner came in seeming rushed, and told me he was going to perform a completely different surgery. He didn't ask if that was alright with me, just told me that was the one he'd execute. He examined me briefly only after telling me what surgery he'd carry out. I was given the opportunity to ask a few questions before he hurried out the door. It was later confirmed for me by another surgeon that the surgery Dr. Conner told me he'd do is outdated, yields poor long-term outcomes, and is irreversible once done. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and with a lot of doubt in ONE before I found another doctor within the practice. I hope my experience was a fluke, but based on it I cannot recommend Dr. Conner.

Great Surgeon, patient 54 year old man rt shoulder
I am a very active 54 yr old man; tennis, golf and work around the house and car. I went in for a rt shoulder rotator cuff, labrum, AC joint arthritis, bicep tendon re-anchor and cut back clavicle bone. Long recovery and rehab; expected. I was able to begin playing some tennis and golf 6 months after surgery. 100% 12 months after surgery!! Very Satisfied with Dr. Conner, ONE and Parkview Physical Therapy.

New Patient Visit Outstanding!
I made my appointment last week after many years of putting off my knee pain. I was given an appointment by the next week to see Dr. Conner, not a practitioner like most when you get scheduled this fast. ONE has the best patient visit process that I have experienced. I did not wait over 10 minutes for anything. In fact, I was looking for some downtime while waiting and didn't get it! The X-ray department was fast and professional. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given polite feedback from Dr. Connor on my knee condition. From past experience, I have always felt like this profession judges obesity for arthritis and joint pain. Dr. Connor actually corrected me when I attempted to put the blame on my 15-pound weight gain over the last 20 years. He offered to administer cortisone shots during this appointment and I was out the door in about an hour. He also agreed to see me for my shoulder pain during my next knee check-up visit in two months. Scheduling also gets an A++

FANTASTIC!!!!
Dr. Conner and his staff are wonderful! After meeting with Dr Conner, he determined that I needed an MRI and they worked magic to get the insurance to approve it and had and MRI scheduled for me by noon. They also scheduled me a follow up with Dr Conner for later that same day. That was great since I live 1.5-2 hours away. Dr Conner explained everything and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He also has a great sense of humor which helped put me at ease. Dr. Conner and his entire staff went above and beyond! I would recommend Dr Conner 100%.

Patient
I am so grateful for all that Dr Conner did for me. He spent 30 minutes with me explaining the type of surgery needed and why it was important to address it now as opposed to the end of the year which is when I thought it fit better into my schedule :). And after he was finished explaining, he asked me to go talk with my husband, give him all that I had been told, and then for us to Faithfully consider the surgery. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery from a torn hip labrum repair and literally pain free, a true miracle from where I was 7 weeks ago. I know we all have different vocations in this world; I am just grateful that God Gave Dr Conner the vocation of surgeon. His skills as a surgeon are unmatched and his compassion for his patients is truly a Gift from God. Thank you Dr Conner, and God's Blessings to you always
