Doctor Crow, I give him five stars! Unfortunately, I am writing this review about his receptionist/ office manager. She is vulgar, short-tempered, and unprofessional; nepotism is the reason for this toxic environment. Subsequently, the office claims they will not accept my Medicare, even though the office does take Medicare. When I told them I would report them, they sent me a letter and cc Medicare, dismissing me as a patient. They have provided the patient with the same medically necessary services, and suddenly, they will not accept Medicare because the office claims that they would lose money; this violates patient rights—abandonment and failing to treat the patient with dignity or respect. Dr Crowe is great. His wife/manager is terrible
I had a good experience with the the doctor. Manager that handles basically everything else is so rude and intolerable that I am willing to fly to the mainland to have the surgery. Her husband is otherwise very well qualified to perform my procedure. However, she is an awful customer service representative and steward of that practice. I don’t know how, other than nepotism, she is in that role. But she should be terminated immediately in favor of the Hippocratic oath. She told me that if I get the surgery on the mainland, and come back with any sort of complications, that the doctor will not help me. Despite being the only ENT surgeon on the island. Until she is out, do not go there.

We recently had a great experience with Dr. Crow. My son had surgery with a different ENT and had a major bleeding complication, and Dr Crow was on call with Kaiser since it was a Saturday. He was amazing. Came into the office and opened it up just to see us, was so kind to my terrified son, called our other ENT on his cell phone to coordinate emergency surgery, and personally drove in front of us to the hospital to make sure we didn't get lost. He really went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful to him!

do not go to him -- rude staff who refuses to let you communicate with the doctor. your medical care is in the hands of the receptionist. If you are ok with the receptionist giving you medical advice - go for it. or go to Oahu

horrible staff. his staff is so bad that you cannot get decent medical care. he is in charge of his staff and allows them to bully the patients making them feel they cannot ask questions about surgery!

absolutely worst office I have ever experienced (and I have heard consistent reports from many others). For those who have given him a good review, they either got lucky or don't have a high standard. Run, don't walk. Go somewhere else -- anywhere.

The Doctors at this practice are nice but distant. The office staff is rude and unpleasant. I had a billing problem and they were ugly about it. Unwilling to work with me in getting their incorrect billing corrected. They were also rude to my insurance company.

Dr. Crow and his staff are warm, welcoming, efficient and most of all skilled at what they do. Dr. Crow is someone I would trust with even the most complicated procedure. His work is meticulous and he is extremely knowledgeable. We are very fortunate to have someone of his caliber on Maui. Much Mahalos!
