Getting plastic surgery may be 'cosmetic' a lot of times, however it should still be treated as a serious surgery. Dr. Csikai and his staff, Montana and Julianna made the process as comfortable as can be. From getting my consultation, to my follow ups and care. They are quick to respond and welcoming. My consultations all went smoothly and quickly, so it helped to do research a head of time to ask questions I had not thought of. On the day of surgery, everyone that was helping with surgery came in , talked , laughed, got to know me, I got to know them. My follow ups have gone well, my concerns addressed quickly. I am still in recovery, at 6 weeks, so still more changes to come as things settle, but so far, I love the results. I feel like the work they did was thoughtful, life changing, and came out really well. As I continue to heal, things look better every day. Big thank you to Dr. Csikai and his team for their care of my wellbeing, my concerns and for doing amazing work.

I found Dr. Csikai online (given the positive reviews) after having a not so good experience with a more commercialized provider that does not provide general anesthesia. I am SO thankful I did my research this time. Dr. Csikai performed my breast reduction and the result have proven life changing. Recovery went smoothly given the helpful instructions of the PA, nurses and doctor. And I am so happy with the resuls. I can barely see scarring after a month and I feel truly cared for as a patient. From the first consultation to the surgery itself, and the aftercare, his entire staff has been positive, friendly, profesional, and attentive. I have seen Dr. Csikai for each follow up appointnent. He provides education with realistic expectations, answers questions thoroughly, and has a comfortable, relaxed, personable, and professional demeanor, as do all the staff. Dr. Csikai shows confidence, caring, and competency without arrogance. I will be using him in the future and will refer others to only him!

did a breast augmentation with a lift 6 months ago !My areola looks horable !one is in the center the other one is more to the left!They are not perfectly round eather!I have saggy droped breast!and I payed for a lift wich dosen't even look like I got one! I have contacted first coast plastic surgery many times, First I spoke with Lory then I spoke with Courtney ..both said they would talk to Dr.Csikai and get back to me that was when I was only 4 months post opp but neather of them ever contacted me back!,So on Friday January 9 2020 I went in the clinic and spoke with Courtney that if they weren't going to fix the messed up surgery that they did ,I wanted my money back or else I would go after my rights!!! She said that she would talk to Dr.Csikai and lori and call me back on Monday!So she did call me today and said that if I wanted them to do another lift I would have to pay another 3200 thousand!I'm going after my rights because I'm not throwing my money away!

The worst decision I had ever made was to come to this doctor for a breast lift with implants , I had 2 lift and my breast still saggy when going back to check with the doctor is all my “skin fault “ well he saw my stretch marks and evaluated them in my firts visit, but that wasn’t a problem bc of course all parientes are just a $ sign Don’t go to this clinic for a breast lift with implants

I have had implants for over 20 years so it is time to get them replaced. I did some research for plastic surgeons in the Jacksonville area. I came across a few, made appointments, went in for my consultations, left the offices with a not so great feeling about the dr's. So I pit it off for a little while longer to gather my thoughts on where to go next. I googled surgeon's everyday for at least a month. I finally came across First Coast Plastic Surgery. I read the reviews, looked at the pictures and decided to make am appointment to go see Dr Csikai. I am so glad I did. I was first approached by Lori, she is amazing! She answered all the questions I had. Did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable at all. She was very pleasant. Then Dr Csikai came in to discuss implants. He is very professional and educated. The experience from check in to post op appointments and everything in between was excellent to say the least. Dr. Csikai is the best and the ladies in the office compliment his practice nicely. Every one was so courteous and always answered any and all questions promptly. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be more in love with Dr. Csikai’s work. The office is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is exceptional. They are friendly, and have answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Csikai is awesome. As soon as he walked into the exam room, my fears went away. He is professional yet down to earth. He is unlike many Drs that try and push things on you to make money. He was honest. I am pleased with the service I have recieved so from from Dr. CSIKAI and his staff. I had another P.S from Miami I was gonna go to (cheap). However due to medication I am on they said NO! I was panicking, I found Dr. Csikai, wrote them and Ms. Lori got back to me quick! I let her know when I needed surgery and she had made that happen. DR.C also went over my history and has made sure I will be okay and comfortable after my T.T I am scheduled for a TT on 2/19/19. Look forward to my updates.

Dr. Csikai is so down to earth and very kind. He listens to his patients and never rushes you. This is the reason I went back to him 10 years later.
