Would not recommend
Dr Dinehart has not provided any advice and simply lists various possible solutions with no recommendation for treatment. He has walked out of two of my appointments without making sure I was satisfied with his care and ignored by concern that my treatment wasn’t working by responding “well, it looks like you’re doing just fine” even though I just told him I’m not. I’m sad that he isn’t getting the message that his patients are unhappy with his “care” and that he isn’t making some effort to improve. Reading other reviews, I can tell I’m not the only one who has had these experiences.

Disappointed
When I needed a prescription to order more BiPap supplies from Alpine Medical he would not respond to me or Alpine so I finally had to use another Dr.

Rude staff
I had my sleep study and the lady in long braids was so rough and rude. I have sores on my scalp forehead from her rubbing the wax pen. And when everything was done, she acted like she couldn?t hear any of my questions. And aggressively ripped off all of the leads tearing out hair. Totally gave me the silent treatment. I wasn?t asking for a diagnosis. But she could have at least explained next steps. Or even told me what my oxygen level was at. Maybe a bad day for her, but if I was her boss I would put up with this behavior

Great experience
I had a great experience with Dr. Deinhart and his staff. His nurse was very friendly & listened. Dr. Deinhart was serious, attentive and listened. I am already feeling quite a bit better from the extra inhaler he prescribed. I was nervous about seeing him because of the reviews on this site. But I only had a positive experience with him and his staff.

Knowledgeable doctor with rude staff
bad front desk staff, signs and enforcement everywhere about mask mandates, doctor doesn't have the best bedside manner overall. Seemed somewhat knowledgeable, but not worth the bad treatment.

Bedside Manner
I waited for over a hour and a half for a scheduled appointment, the doctors response 'I thought you were a no show.' The next appointment, the first of his day, he was over 30 minutes late.

I believe that Dr. Dienhard is competent; however, he was rude and had no interest in listening to a concern about incorrect data that he put in my chart. Perhaps he should have been a surgeon?

Appointment could have been done over the phone.
My first appointment here was a joke. Absolutely nothing was done. If the doctor knows additional testing needs to be done before a diagnosis or treatment, that test should be ready and available for the first appointment. The test needed isn't even provided by this office. Apparently, I sit around for a couple of weeks waiting for someone to contact me. After the test a follow up with the results, which I know from the test conducted by my primary physician. A CPAP is needed, but they don't supply the machine, that is done by yet another company, and they will help with determining what machine will work best. Isn't that the doctor's job? I know nothing more now than when I walked in to the building. This was a waste of time and money. It took me longer to drive there than time I spent speaking with anyone.

Fantastic Doctor, always been very informative with me and I’ve been seeing him for 15 years. Never had an issue with going or any of his staff. They have always been on top of my medications and willing to help me with whatever I have needed! Highly recommend Doctor Dienhart!!

Dr. David Dienhart should always be accompanied by a staff member when alone with a patient. He’s tactless, insulting, degrading and beyond incompetent as a medical professional. He obviously doesn’t prepare for your appt beforehand nor follows up afterward. They’ve forgotten to call in important antibiotics & they do NOT have anybody on call for their doctors after hours!!! This was on a Friday & I nearly had to go back to the hospital for IV antibiotics since they messed up & I was not able to reach anyone in the office until the following Monday. He uses insults to express his opinion & has an issue with anyone carrying a few extra pounds & makes sure you are humiliated before your appt is over!! If you question him, or the way he’s talking down to you, be prepared for him to walk out of the room mid conversation. Appt over. I was actually pleased to see others who have had the same horrible experience with this man & dared to post a review about it.

Extremely knowledgable. Thoughtful manner and direct and thorough. But not the best at communicating, especially initiating. So patient needs to start the ball rolling. Ask questions and tell how treatment is working or not, for you, and he will listen and communicate well.

He refused to send my CPAP RX to a covered equipment provider when my insurance changed. His nurse was rude to me and wouldn't return my calls. He was falling asleep during one of my appst. Avoid this Dr at all costs.
