Because I prefer a late morning appointment, around 11 am I can't always get that time and the 9 am appointment I had is difficult to get to because I drive a distance to your office.

Doctor was very patient and listened and spent added time with my wife and I to explain answers to the many detailed questions we had. He also provided a handout to take home so we could learn more info. He used physical models to clearly explain details.

I was very disappointed prior to the experience with Dr. Donaldson due to the fact that I wasn't notified in advance of the test that was required. So I scrambled to try to get this test done, which took a lot of time away from my experiences. I was very disappointed. Thank you.

Dr. Donaldson was extremely caring, very thorough, really took his time to get to know the patient, which was my dad. I was with him and he was very thorough and patient as well in explaining everything to us and going over my dad's records. And his care for my dad was absolutely amazing. We were very humbled by him and I was very grateful that him and his team went out of their way to try to fit my dad in as soon as possible to get us a soon appointment. So I really appreciated that. The question about cleaning hands prior, you know, once they were in, I meant to say yes, so I pressed one, but I think one

Dr. Donaldson is one of your superstars at UC Irvine, and my reason for continuing to seek cardiology care there. I went in (based on my research) thinking an ablation was a slam-dunk. He explained why that might not be the best alternative now, and we're now looking at other options. Dr. Donaldson is the expert that all my cardiologists trust. I see why. He's respectful, caring, and well-nformed.
