Dr. Doucette and his nurse were so incredibly kind. On the way to my appointment I received news that my grandfather passed away. They took their time and were so patient with me during my appointment. Dr Doucette sat down and spent nearly an hour speaking with me and getting to know me since this was my first visit. I haven't had such a personalized visit with a Dr in a long time. He was very gentle and professional during his entire exam, explaining everything that he did. Thank you so much Dr Doucette for being so warm and kind during my appointment.

They don’t make them any worse than him…
Dr. Doucette was 3 HOURS late to my appointment that I had to wait over a month for (pregnancy), then refused to listen to ANYTHING I had to say. My neurologist told me they would not continue prescribing meds based on my TTC status, so I was off migraine meds upon arrival. Dr. Doucette then pulled up Dr. Google (y’all, I’m not kidding!) to see if the experimental meds I was on were pregnancy-safe, to which he found “they aren’t unsafe, but they’re not tested, so you should get back on them.” Excuse me, sir? I should experiment on my unborn child?!?! On top of that I knew (roughly) when I conceived based on my husband and I only spending 1 night together the entire cycle, but he was INSISTING I had my dates wrong or I was miscarrying based on my uterus “feeling” smaller. I knew I was 4 (or more) weeks behind “LMP” based on when we conceived. Overall, easily the WORST doctor I have ever met.
