Dr. David Fairweather, MD

This man completely saved my life and the quality of my life moving forward. Almost 2 years after my resection surgery and I have not felt better in my life. Thank you Dr. Fairweather for everything! You will not regret using him as your surgeon.

He was the surgeon at UTMB when I was a patient there possibly facing surgery. (I ended up not having to have it because my prayers were answered by mighty God!) this doctor is so down to earth and has amazing bedside manners! Answers questions and explains so clearly!! AWESOME doctor!

Procedure was exactly as described in pre-op meeting. Staff was knowledgeable of my situation on follow-up.

Dr. Fareweather is kind, caring and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and spent good time with me before and after surgery, he had a sense of humor too and makes you feel comfortable despite the stress patients usually have before surgeries. I would recommend him for friends and family.

Surgeon Fairweather has a god like personality and seem to thrive on his sarcasm to make me feel meek AFTER the first surgery. He is self centered and will remain a surgeon because a true doctor learns to listen to his patients. He was vindictive to me on more than one occasion AFTER my first surgery.

Dr. Fairweather deserves a 10! I would recommend him in a heartbeat! He is a great surgeon, is very caring, great bedside manner and had a great sense of humor.

Dr Fairweather took me in for emergency surgery late at night and did an amazing job. I have never had a doctor treat me as good as he did. If I ever have to have another surgery he will always be the one I go to.

Thank God for Dr Fairweather! He is awesome and so is his staff! My 15 year old son had a Pilonidal Cyst. A referral was sent to Dr Fairweather office, they called me Wednesday, saw him Thursday, and he had surgery Friday. Dr Fairweather was very attentive and playful with my son so my son was stress free. My son has a long recovery so again Thank God it's with Dr Fairweather.!

Wow I highly recommend Dr. Fairweather to family friends and anyone who may need surgery, in my mind he saved my life, he is an expert ?.

I had an emergency appendectomy & Dr. Fairweather was the attending Dr. He did a great job at the hospital. The problem was on the follow up visit, where I was asked to provide a urine sample & had no idea this would be a cost me over a $1000. Per my insurance said it was unnecessary. I asked the reason & was told it is "Standard procedure" for anyone that walks in his office to be drug tested! BEWARE & READ ALL PAPERWORK & ASK IF IT'S COVERED & IF IT'S NECESSARY!!! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE!

Dr. F was the surgeon I saw in the ER and I consider myself to be very lucky! I came in with necrotizing fasciitis and the other docs said I would probably lose my lower leg. Dr. F was able to not only save my leg, but I received one of the best grafts that my other Dr.s have seen! They all ask who did my surgery and that he did an excellent job. My other graft was done by a Plastic Surgeon and it doesn't even come close to his. I wish I could of had Dr. F for both. He is so patient and caring!

Waited two hours and he did not even touch me and check the abscess on my lower leg. Told me to go to emergency room. Why did I even pay him to do nothing.

Dr. Fairweather came on on Christmas night took out my appendix and me had me up and going in a few days excellent care excellent knowledge outstanding patient doctor skills. Great communicator on all issues and great bed side manor.
