My son and I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this vile, nasty, hostile animal during a visit to the ER on 8/31/21. My minor son came in experiencing unbearable and excruciating pain which we would later learn that his leg was broken. Goo wanted him to move his leg to examine him, but he couldn’t because it’s broken, and he got so angry and immediately defaulted to being a rabid, vicious animal. He yelled at my son because my son couldn’t move his leg. His demeanor, tone and gestures were very aggressive and disrespectful. He tried to minimize and diminish the fact that my child was in severe pain. He threatened him and told him he better move his leg. He told him he was going to cut his pants. I quickly intervened and let him know he will NOT threaten my child and I don’t appreciate his rudeness. He walked out with his tail between his legs. I reported him and will follow up. He needs to learn a valuable lesson and I’m here to make sure he’s taught that lesson.
