Referred me for a NCS even though all clinical symptoms pointed to left carpal tunnel syndrome. Declined steroid injection even though I was in pain. Interestingly when addressing my right wrist arthritis (which a few years back he had offered pain relief) he referred me to another physician for the injection. Odd and made me curious why he was unable to handle the injection then himself.

My son had seen two other specialists before dr hay. He had not gotten bad advice, but I wish we saw dr hay first. He had a grasp of the injury, the sport and obstacles for re-entry after the injury heals. Felt like we were working with a doctor who understood the whole picture well.
