I have been a patient of Dr. H for nearly 30 years. He is absolutely amazing! The best bedside manner you will ever experience. I trust him with everything I am!

Never got in to get a visit. I have been going here for 10 years. I have never had (that I was aware of) problems with this doctor. I really liked him and thought he a very good doctor. My last appointment was over 3 years ago, but that was due to several factors. The COVID crisis hit and we were all told to stay in and I was the only caregiver to my elderly, disabled, mother who had her own laundry list of ailments. Furthermore, my health was not great, mentally or physically but with the COVID rules, I was not going to take up time from others with greater concerns or emergencies. He continued to thankfully fill my scripts until January 2023. I knew that I had to get an appointment so I called in May 2023 to go in for a check-up. I suffer from high BP and other medical problems and my BP had gone way up without meds. I was told that I would not be able to get in until July or August as I was now considered a new patient.

He always listens and explain. I have been going to him for years, as did my parents. He helped us through some pretty rough times, I will always be so grateful to him. His kindness, knowledge and explanations gave me complete confidence in him. The entire office is always friendly, efficient and kind. I feel blessed to have found a practice like this so long ago.

Dr. H is the rare combination of an Internist who is extremely knowledgeable (including about unusual medical disorders), psychologically sophisticated (knows how to both acquire and communicate sensitive information) and excellent in medical decision -making. I have been his patient for well over 20 years and appreciate very much having his guidance when confronting medical challenges.

Dr. Huesinkveld has been our family physician for almost 25-years. He and his staff are the best. Our family trusts Dr. Heusinkveld without reservation!

There is absolutely nothing that I can say about Dr. H and his entire staff, other than outstanding!! He is the best of the best!

Dr Heusinkveld has provided my healthcare for over 20 years. During the past year I've been hospitalized several times and Dr. H. worked with the specialists and served as "captain" of my healthcare. I am convinced that I'm alive and well now thanks to Dr. H's care and direction. He is an excellent physician.

I don't know what more I can say about Dr. Heusinkveld. He is a wonderful doctor. I work at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I have been here for 36 years. Many years ago I had a doctor at Vanderbilt who was leaving and referred me to Dr. Heusinkveld. I received a blessing on that day. Dr. Heusinkveld had been at VUMC and left to go into private practice. I still follow him and will. He is more than a good doctor, he is a good man and I ask him ALL the time to come back "home". We all could learn lessons about life from him!!!!! You all are very lucky to have him onboard!

Dr H is very kind and caring. Not in a big hurry to run out of the exam room; giving lots of time and attention.

Always a very comfortable waiting room with professional staff. I have never waited beyond 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen and the nursing staff are very polite and professional. Dr. Heusinkveld is very personable, caring, knowledgeable and attentive to any concerns I have and I always leave with a very positive experience. My father was a Doctor and I have always held other doctors to his standards and Dr. Heusinkveld certainly meets my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Heusinkveld to anyone.

Can see any doctor I want with my insurance,,I see Dr. David Heusinkveld regularly and have been doing so for about 10 years, He has got me through some difficult times and keeps me on track for great health,, I am 69 and wouldnt want to see another primary care Dr,,10 years aught to tell you something

One of the best doctors in Nashville. He takes the time to listen and follows up quickly with test results. I receive prompt and efficient service.

Dr. Heu has to be one of the most caring MDs I have ever met. Its hard to describe someone who has a better bedside manner than he has. He takes all the time someone might need in every situation. I can’t imagine anyone as able, as caring and as considerate not to mention extreemly smart and dedicated.

I had What I considered an emergency and was worked in. The doctor is very thorough and compassionate. He diagnosed my problem and followed up. He’s been my primary care doctor for years.
