Listens to the patient. Cares and truly looks after your best interest. Prompt and knowledgeable.

He cares, he takes his time. He is kind and listens to you. I feel like he has done more for me then any other doctor I’ve had.

As usual Dr. Hill treated me with respect and his caring way. As a Senior Citizen, and Registered Nurse, we need someone who gives us the time to correctly present our issues. He is the only Physician I have seen, in all of the ERMC network, that is one I recommended to everyone I know.

It was great to visit with Dr Hill in person. Was scheduled with another provider at first Dr Hill took care of the immediate issue with a high level of expertise and then updated me on my chronic stuff.

Visit was informative and professional

I fell and got a big blood clot on my shin. I was worried about clots getting lose and getting up to my heart. The nurse said come on in. He Is at lunch but will be here shortly and get you taken care of. That is the way I am always treated by Dr Hill and his entire staff.

Dr. Hill listened intently while I listed my symptoms, performed some checks, and then showed me a picture on a touch screen that described my problem. He went through the treatment options along with his recommendation. There was plenty of time for questions and I felt like a participant. I took his recommended treatment option and it worked within 3 days (he predicted 3-9 days) and I feel empowered to know what to do if I have similar symptoms in the future. I highly recommend him.

Had a great "welcome to Medicare" visit to Dr. Hill. Office staff was very efficient and the short wait nice. I feel he was very caring and willing to spend enough time with me to discuss my health needs. I feel he takes a more holistic approach to care than some other doctors I have seen.

I needed a prescription refilled, but I needed to see Dr.Hill before it could be re-prescribed since it had been a year since I had been in. Being as it was a Friday afternoon I didn’t think I had any chance of getting my script refilled before I ran out. To my surprise, Dr. Hill’s nurse was able to get me in to see him that afternoon! That’s taking care of patients! Thank you for caring.

I always feel important when I have a doctor’s appointment with Dr. Hill. Whatever my concerns, he addresses them, takes the time to explain my options.

Fast, efficient, and helpful. I waited to the last minute to see doctor in light of this Covid 19 pandemic. The doctor, attending nurses, and support were very professional.

Every visit is efficient and professional. The staff are all friendly and make a doctors appointment as enjoyable as possible

I scheduled an appointment for an allergy shot and Dr. Hill explained the potential side effects and the likelihood that I will have to see an Allergy Specialist to determine exactly what I am allergic too. His nurse gave me the shot and the appointment was quick, but what was needed to be covered was.

Happy with Dr. Hill, very insightful. Addresses obvious problems and tries to correct those before moving looking for another cause of symptoms. Very easy to get along with. I feel that he genuinely cares for his patients and people in general.

Our family loves Dr. Hill. He spends time listening to our concerns and teaches us good information in order for us to make good medical decisions.

I'm a new patient to Dr. Hill. He was very attentive to my concerns and made a plan to help improve my health.

Dr Hill takes his time in explaining things and is very patient. His office staff is excellent and efficient. They call you back within a timely manner with lab and test results, and answer any other questions you have quickly. His MA(I can't remember her name-but I hope she reads this) is very professional and personable. Their office is clean and they respect patient privacy better than anywhere I have seen. I would definitely recommend coming here-the whole experience from walking in to walking out has always been wonderful.
