Horrible experience for the staff & waiting room
The doctor may be good, but the staff and the waiting room are horrible. The first time for us to visit was in the summer. You cannot believe there is no air-conditioning in the waiting room. Only one small fan. Today is the second time for us to visit, still no air-conditioning, only open the windows and one small fan for the waiting room. Moreover, the nurse made the mistake. The senior asked before going to the bathroom. The nurse said okay. Then, she said she made the mistake, and needed the senior to have pi again asap......Told us if the senior could not have the second pi, she could not visit the doctor.....Anyway, the experience was really horrible.
