No examination and doesn’t listen
First I was seen by his excellent fellow who suggested a promising, injectable treatment. Then I was briefly seen by Dr.Hong who prescribed the same treatment I told him did not work in the past. He offered to write prescriptions to which I demurred as I told him I had plenty of what he was prescribing from previous unsuccessful attempts to stop my chronic itch. Neither Dr Hong nor his fellow bothered to examine me.

Dr. Hong is the best! He is very kind, listens more than any other doctor I've ever had, and follows up with test results, which I have never experienced before. Usually a nurse calls with test results, if anyone calls at all. He is one of those physicians who you realize is far better than the others about 5 minutes into your first visit, and that almost never happens with any doctor. He has spent more than enough time with me at every visit, and explains his diagnosis and treatment plan well.
