Dr. David Jordan, MD

During a video appointment for sinusitis and allergies, the doctor said in addition to taking Prednisone and an antibiotic I should follow his "protocol" for over-the-counter treatments including a nasal spray, Mucinex, and a sinus-clearing wash. He said don't worry about writing it down as he would send it to me. He never did. My appointment was on a Friday and I sent a message to his office through the portal to inquire about it and was told it would appear when his summary notes were complete. Two hours later, his notes appeared but no protocol. Sent another message and the office was closed for the weekend. Sent another message on Monday without a reply, send another on Tuesday without a reply. My regular doctor with BSW is amazing but I would never use again or recommend Dr. Jordan.

He was very helpful and attentive when my husband and I came down with COVID. He answered several phone calls personally and saw me via telehealth. He is always available when I need him. Friendly and caring!

Impossible to get in touch with. No voicemail. App is broken and help desk wait is over 70 minutes. Fax machine 2 weeks behind. Receptionist rude. Never answers a query. No notification of tests like mammograms

Dr Jordan is without a doubt the best Primary Care Physician I’ve ever had! He takes all the time you need for discussion on you medical conditions, medications, and treatments. He great referring you to appropriate specialists when necessary. Very easy to talk with and absolutely the friendliest doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr. Jordan is an excellent provider. His Nurses on the other hand total opposite. Today his head nurse literally hung up on me. This review comes from someone who is honest and has a history of positive interaction with the public. As long as you do not need any services that require a nurses help you will be in good shape. I have never had staff from a Dr's office to be rude until I landed here. (So watch out for Anna).
