Front office staff is extremely rude both in person and over the phone. You have to complete the very same questionnaire at EVERY visit. Always running WAY behind. Doctor spends hardly and time with you and then on to the inside blood lab that charges $800! Doctor almost rushes you over to the in office lab. The lab girl has no personality and doesn’t speak. Weird place.

Was not impressed with the bedside manor, plus if you pay your copayment by credit card, they charge you an additional fee. Then they said I missed an appointment, I had no record of it, they said they called, but called a number I told them not to leave messages on, not my cell phone. Would not waive the $40 fee. Office staff was very rude and condescending.
