Patient and Caring
Dr. Kasle took time to explain exactly what he was doing in the procedure he was performing. He was sensitive to my pain level and told me that he had plenty of time to see the procedure through to a successful end, which he did.

Kasle is great! Front desk needs improvement.
Nearly impossible to get through to make appointments. Operator is rude, any difficulties, they put you on hold forever. They rarely return calls. Patient portal isn't used by staff. Dr. Kasle is amazing, professional, friendly, empathetic, gentle.

Excellent Physician
Dr. Kasle was very caring and patient. All my questions were answered and my issue dealt with in a kind and professional manner. Great bedside manner combined with true expertise is hard to find, but Dr. Kasle has got it. Definitely recommend!

Show up to the appointment 15 minutes late and they shame you and cancel your appointment. Sent me home in pain. Funny how that works for them, but it’s ok for them to leave me sitting around 30-40 minutes when I am on time. Do not recommend.

Second to none- best of the best-
Dr. Kasle Took me on an emergency basis- after urgent care and hospital ER ruled out a foreign object ( fish bone) lodged in my throat. Nope still there and i was literally choking -so - scheduled an appt with Dr. K and within 1/2 hour he identified the object - removed it and simultaneously scheduled an outpatient surgery in the event he couldn’t. His medical skills are impeccable- his bedside manner perseverance and patience are amazing .( I am a terrible patient )I am now 100% in good hands and my husband is scheduled to see him for a routine visit for ENT next week . I would like to thank his associate Dr. Rosenthal ,the staff Nicole, Keira,Takeira and Jamie for their professionalism , compassion and sense of urgency as well. Thank you so much for all that you do.
