Dr. Kindred is the best in the business
I was able to have kids as soon as I started seeing Dr. Kindred. He is amazing. I had miscarried several times and when I got to him, he knew what was wrong, and I was able to carry fully term!!

Kindred is a Deadbeat Doctor
Dr. Kindred was my doctor for over 15 years. I was under his care with full-blown cervical/uterine cancer and a tumor that was so big, ER doctors first thought it was a dead baby. I knew that was IMPOSSIBLE because Kindred just tied my tubes 3 months before! I had been having cancer symptoms for months, he kept telling me I was in early menopause and kept changing my hormones and ordering labs. In the hospital, I had to have an emergency radical hysterectomy. I needed so much cancer treatment that my quality of life is very poor. I have severe lymphedema in my right leg that will NEVER go away, I now am at risk for lung cancer, my bone marrow is shutting down from all the chemo and radiation, I can’t eat a normal diet anymore and have chronic pain. The best part is that when I went to get a copy of my chart, he removed most of my visits. Guess he was more concerned about being sued than my health. I have since learned that he was showing symptoms of opiate abuse during my visits.

Dr Kindred delivered all 5 of my babies. He personally caught a late onset twin to twin transfusion. He's done 1 reg birth and 3 c-sections. I never had an issue. He is personable and takes his patients SERIOUSLY and treats than with respect. I wish I could still have him as my Dr. I would travel hours just to find him. 13 years of a service with someone makes it hard to find another you trust.

I know Dr. Kindred had some issues in Peoria which are very unfortunate. He was my GYN for over 15 years including fertility treatments and surgery and I have nothing bad to say. If I lived closer to his current practice, I'd go to him again. He had such a great practice in Peoria.

Dr. Kindred took the time to answer my questions. He was thorough, but also personable. I have returned to him since the first visit and was very satisfied with his care.

Should have filed a malpractice suit. Completely missed obvious toxemia, which nearly killed me and my preterm delivered baby. Completely incompetent.

If it wasn't for Kindred I and my daughter wouldn't be here. I had a very complex and high risk pregnancy. He oversaw my care through Carolyn and when split second decisions had to be made, he was there to advocate for me and that ended up saving my daughter and I's life. He is the ONLY person I trust to deliver my children. He always makes it a point to ask how our daughter is doing and how old she is now. The fact that he takes the time to ask shows the kind of doctor he is. A Wonderful one.

The most condescending, flippant, and negligent Doctor I have ever been around. He downplayed my pain at first, then tried to rush me into (non-emergent) surgery without consulting me or my husband because he wanted to get it over with before his scheduled C section. All of this without looking at my scans, knowing details of my condition, or seeing me at all- he sent his resident down to the ER with a cell phone. Forgot my name multiple times, cut me off when I tried to talk. Awful.

Had went to a Dr for 31 years that would not do my hysterectomy even though I was going to the Illinois Cancer Care for iron infusions every week. Went to Dr. Kindred he spent 45min with my husband and I explaining everything to us. I go to him still today.

Dr Kindred delivered both of my daughter's via c-section. I did not have any problems with the first one. The second one my vitals dropped below normal and I was watched like a hawk for three hours. I still go to Dr. Kindred for my ob/gyn needs.

No bedside manner at all! He asked what procedure I had done when my chart was in his hand, I was still asking questions and he was half way out of the exam room. Lab results take 2 weeks to get answers for when they are already in the office. Schedule with one of the mid-wives never will I see him again.

Dr. Kindred has no respect for life. While I was in premature labor with my son, he was socializing with staff, laughing, and looking at a new IV machine. He was more interested in that than my son's life. He made no effort to save my child because he was not viable according to him. He stalled and cost my son's life. Horrible bedside manner to say the least. His only saving point was his midwives Carolyn and Mary.

Seemed not to care much about bedside behavior. During my first miscarriage, we saw him for less than 15 minutes total and felt very lost and confused. In each subsequent visit, the amount of time we spent waiting was 2-3 times the amount of time spent in the exam room.
