Dr. David Klebenov, MD

I’m so sad my sons original doctorRetired!! Went to him bc it was close to home! He’s horrible! I paid $100 to have my kids charts transferred and he “can’t” find them so I have to pay again!! And at his annual, he didn’t even check his ears, body, mouth, anything!! And now my son is sick and I tried calling 5 times and the calll was unable to answer!!

The experience I had with this man was horrible. First off. I have a compromised immune system and Chiari malformation my grandson came home with strep tested positive. I currently have a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection. I’m 52 years old with COPD and asthma. This man Refused to give me a prescription for an antibiotic knowing that every time I cough I get a throbbing pain in my frontal lobe. Causing horrible pain in my whole face, eyes nose teeth he then proceeded to tell me that strep throat is not contagious and that some of my age would not get it and that even if I tested positive for it, it would be a negative positive even though he refused to test me for it. I’ve been in the medical field for 35 years working with many great physicians when I called him on this he got up and walked out of the appointment and tried to make me leave before I could talk to the office manager, who was of no help

My experience with Dr. Klebenov was very good. I felt well cared for. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly and with genuine knowledge and advice. It was easy to get referrals and he responded to my correspondence. I am very happy with Dr. Klebenov and would confidently recommend him to anyone.

all these reviews do not sound like him at all, he was very thorough with me and listened to my concerns, he mentioned getting me a referral somewhere without me even asking. Gave me plenty of recommendations to rule out what was wrong with me. Immediately ordered me lab work and made a follow up with him in 2 months. He's not even my PCP but I think I'll switch to him!

Does he have a clue yet how useless he is? I am old enough to have had many visits to various health care facilities and staff - I was lucky enough to NOT be his patient. I have never observed such incompetency. Take a count of how many times he says - I hear what you're saying - and then do that many shots when you get home. You will feel better much faster if you do. He should be in a factory wrapping candies where he doesn't have to deal with people. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Was there for a physical, things were fine for the first few minutes, he was nice at first then I dont think he liked my answers to his questions and he started to treat me differently. His question started to feel more like badgering. He also NEVER got off of the stool!! This was my first time meeting him. Explained my symptoms and he made me feel so stupid for even being there. I also told him about a rash that I had on my face and he didnt even look at it! Then he even asked what was wrong with me and I told him how this appointment was going and how he was making me feel. I asked if we could just go over my labs. He then said under his breath and I quote "you are making it difficult to care for you". I stopped listening at that point. It was a complete waste of time. I left there with tears in my eyes.

This man will not listen because he will not take you serious…. He is a by the books know-it-all. He doesn’t make referrals to go to the specialist and doesn’t listen to the patient so NOTHING gets done. He wants black and white cases and wants a paycheck. He isn’t there for you as a patient. It’s really discerning the way he acts towards people. I wouldn’t even go here with the smallest of issues.

I found Dr Klebenov to be very thorough in his exam. He was a good listener, and quite honestly is a good fit for my medical needs at this stage of my life. I recommend him to those who are willing to listen to sound medical advice.

Completely incompetent

If I could leave less than one star I would. Worst doctor visit of my life. He was abrasive, rude, curt, dismissive and condescending. He even yelled at me at one point. When you tell a doctor you have been experiencing depression and you leave his office crying and wanting to drive in front of a bus, you know that is a pretty horrible doctor. Find another doctor. Any other doctor would be better than this person.

He was unprepared for my visit. I transferred my records from out of state, and they were in the office as requested, arrived to the office in September. (I verified with the records department from my previous dr). My appointment was in October so they should have had time to gather and put into my file. He was not very kind and was overwhelmed with my health questions, most he couldn’t even answer. He listen to my heart and chest and that is it. Did not do any other examination of my body. Never going back!!!!!

By far the worst doctor I’ve ever had. Hand on the door from the moment he enters the room. Bedside manor of a prison guard. Made a plan to have a prednisone script ready and available without a visit for acute symptoms, never made note in chart. Now in excruciating pain on a Saturday with no solutions other than ER or call Monday. He hasn’t been able to correctly diagnose my main issue and no specialist referral. Run far and fast from this ‘doctor’.
