Great doctor! Very kind and compassionate. Gently squeezed my shoulder every time he walked into the room or when he left...it meant the world to me...it was a gesture reassuring me that "all will be ok." Thank you Dr Klem for being so kind in my time of pain.

Dr. Klem did my 2 hernia surgeries. I found Dr. Klem kind and honest about my condition and the type of surgery he recommended for me. He explained everything throughly. His bed side manner is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Klem . I give him five star’s ?? ????????

Dr .Klem believes he is above the normal person without md behind their name. He is inconsiderate, of others. He is just a person with a profession, he is no better than the average person. I guessed he missed the class on how to talk to and treat patients.

I was referred to Dr Klem for issues with my gallbladder. He was simply wonderful ....very professiona. ! Surgery went very well and his staff were tremendous . Highly recommend. Margaret Dewes .

very thorough, kind,understanding of my issues, good explanations. always listens to me and takes what i have to say into consideration. i do not have a lot of medical issues so i have had a lot of questions and concerns. dr. klem has always taken the time to listen to me and reassure me. i am probably driving him crazy but he never lets on like i am!! i have no complaints here.
