Dr. David Kolegraff, MD

When I was a teenager, I ended up with a ruptured, gangrenous appendix with an abscess. I was rushed into emergency surgery and was so grateful to have gotten Dr. Kolegraff as my surgeon. It was a really long surgery, and honestly had I not arrived when I did it would have been too late as I was already completely septic and in a bad way. Dr. Kolegraff not only literally saved my life during the very complicated surgery but also was so comforting and kind during my very long hospital stay after. His bedside manner is top tier and there is no doubt he truly cares about his patients. That was my very first surgery, but I have had many surgeries since and can say it is rare to find a surgeon with both the technical skills and equally amazing bedside manner and Dr. Kolegraff is one of those rare gems. It has been many years since that surgery and that hospital stay but I can say with complete confidence I never have nor will ever forget Dr. Kolegraff and be forever grateful.

Dr. Kolegraff is the kind of doctor/surgeon you can put your faith and confidence in without reservation. . He is always forthright in telling his patients what to expect, listens and answers questions regardless how lame they may be.. He is serious about his practice and patients but does not lack a sense of humor which I have not experienced with very few other doctors Ineeded to see. I am grateful for his care and would not hesitate to recommend him to Family member or friend.
