I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the care I received during and after my IVF procedure on December 9, 2024.On that day, after you performed the ultrasound and requested that I go to the hospital, I left your office feeling extremely unsettled. Since then, I have not received a follow-up call or any form of communication from you as my doctor, which I believe is the very least that should have been done given the circumstances.What troubles me most is the sense of neglect and lack of attention to my case. After the ultrasound, the expression on your face suggested a realization of a serious issue—yet I feel that neither you nor your staff have taken full responsibility for the outcome. Dr. Kreiner and the staff at RMAIVF ( Melville) are amazing to say the least!!!! He is straight forward and upfront, but kind and humorous. His treatment plan was on point and offered me success on the first try. All of the staff are so welcoming and supportive! They make the early morning appointments and regular bloodwork less tedious, especially Rebecca and Pat!! God bless them! I would recommend this location to ANYONE! Fertility treatment can be taxing physically and emotionally, but the support staff and treatment team are there with you every step of the way. I have never been to a doctor's office where EVERYONE was pleasant, accommodating, and showed compassion for what they do. Thank you Melville RMAIVF for making my fertility experience so pleasant.

On my first visit, I must say that the professionalism and kindness that I endured was attainable, Dr. Kreiner, left me feeling positive about my goal to want to have a baby, This journey it will take a lot of patience and understanding, RMA Long Island IVF Is a warm and inviting atmosphere surrounded by positive people, I have a lot of gratitude for all of the staff that is going to help me on my journey, I feel safe knowing that I am in great hands.

When I scheduled my appointment, I was told I would receive a full assessment including bloodwork and a sonogram. None of that happened. I was basically told that because I'm 47 years old, all they could do was donor eggs.

Office was very clean and comfortable. Exam room was actually relaxing with soft music, pictures on the ceiling, calm lighting. Very different from other doctors offices. Staff was all very friendly and informative. Dr. Kreiner was kind and thorough. my follow-up visit.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kreiner, and his staff. He was so knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. He made me comfortable every step of the way, and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question or too many. Thanks to him, I have my son after my first round of IVF!

From the moment we met Dr. Kreiner we knew we were in good hands. While the IVF process is never easy, he made our journey as easy to navigate as one could hope for with his kind demeanor, sense of humor and reassuring words of encouragement. Never more than a phone call or e-mail away, Dr. Kreiner always made himself available to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. We are eternally grateful for his guidance throughout this process and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Thanks to Dr. Kreiner we welcomed our baby boy in April 2020.

Dr. Kreiner is sweet and gentle. He has a calming presence and willing to listen. A+ for bedside manners. He will answer all your questions you are prepared to ask. All the staff at RMA of IVF LI in Melville have been wonderful, treating me like a human being with feelings. He did a thorough initial assessment and got to know my husband as well and his health/how it may impact fertility.

Everything was perfect -- Dr. Kreiner, the staff and our new baby boy. I am 47 and my wife is 45, and we had been trying for years. Dr. Kreiner was always helpful and reassuring, and I liked that he didn't make any guarantees. He set the protocol, we followed it and now we're proud parents of a perfect little man.

Doctor Kreiner and the LIIVF staff are all absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over four years and we just had a beautiful perfect baby girl after one round of IVF. Having our precious baby girl would not have been possible without Dr. Kreiner! We will forever be grateful and we look forward to having baby number two in the future with Dr. Kreiner and LIIVF!!!

Very informative everything was well explained very professional

Dr Kreiner was very nice and funny. He made me feel very comfortable and really took his time to review all options and asked a lot of questions. His staff was awesome, all very friendly and great humor. They were all very thorough with each process.

Dr. Kreiner is so caring and knowledgeable. He treats patients with respect and kindness through difficult times.
