Dr Kronn diagnosed one of the first reported cases from my baby girl Sydney Karena Meyer. Her muscle biopsy helped them discover cytochrome c oxidase deficiency mutations. What we went through 19 years ago was the unthinkable but Dr Kronn was an angel trying to help us diagnose the genetic problem with our Sydney, at Westchester Nicu unit. Today we have a beautiful healthy daughter Jessica, who is now 19. We were able to have faith that Jessica was going to be ok because Dr Kronn was able to give us the genetic testing we needed from the muscle biopsy from our Sydney’s thigh so we could have another babygirl. Seems like yesterday, although 19 years have passed.. but Dr Kronn will always be in our hearts for all he did for us. Our Jessica is now pursuing a degree in pediatric nursing to help families that go through the pain that we did. She wants to help families the way Dr Kronn helped us and give back in her older sisters memory.

Dr Kronn is kind, compassionate, and honestly one of the most brilliant doctors I have ever met. He explained things to me about what was going on with my son when I was terrified. He figured out what was going on when no one else could. My family is blessed because of Dr. Kronn's treatment of my son.

Extremely learned geneticist with poor ability to communicate. Office team handles urgent phone questions poorly. Lab results are simply a mystery. Lots of very capable pros, all lacking communication and passion for their craft.

Those who see him I suggest you follow up on everything, make sure that all questions about your child's health are answered. I feel that my daughter was just a number and not a patient. My daughter had a few test taken and no results were ever given to myself or my daughters pediatrician. I had to call on many occasions for them to send the info, this is unacceptable. Whatever the result someone from the office need follow up. Even if its "not your office policy". I suggest more office training

Very nice Dr. Explained the testing so they were understandable. The only thing I would like to see different is more office locations in Orange County NY
