Great experience

We never got to a visit. I called to make an appointment as a first-time patient. Noone answers the phone, and voicemail didn't work. I then requested an appointment online which auto prompts 4 emails being sent to create a portal and fill out documents. Why would I share personal information if I have never spoken to a person in your practice much less get an appointment? I called again and this time I got the option to leave a voicemail. A person called back that was aggressive that it is required to fill out forms to get an appointment. She said Dr. Lee is 4 months out and the other practitioners are 4-6 weeks out. I asked who they are, and she said they are online. I understand we are moving to a self-service world, but being rude with no customer service is unacceptable. I don't care how great of a physician you are, don't treat potential patients who are paying you for a service disrespectfully.

office staff very nice, however, doctor only recommends overprice products that only his office sells. He doesnt get close to the patient to examine skin conditions. Will not come back. Doesnt explain the reasons for the condition either unless asked multiple times to clarify.

Dr. Lee is wonderful. He performed the MOHS surgery on my nose and the result is amazing. Its been two months and you can hardly tell anything was done. The staff is also attentive and extremely nice. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Lee is by far the best dermatologist I have ever seen. I have fair skin and always need to have it checked and he doesn't miss a thing. He's fabulous.
