member was not satisfied with the services rendereed by the provider as per the member, the provider didn't do much but charged her a lot for the service. she said that she's not comfortable going back to the provider. the provider also charged the member more than the patient responsibility on the claim

Great first visit. They were able to see me within a dew days of insurance approval. Staff was super friendly and waiting time was short. The doctor was straight forward yet took the time and explained all of the questions that I had. I have a follow up appointment for the procedure and will update the review.

Dr Lee was upfront with the realities we are facing yet provided multiple options for us to incorporate including other doctors to see as well. He is a fast talker yet easy to communicate with and he does listen. His staff , Casey and Joseph are efficient and helpful. The rest of the staff as well, including reception and x-ray tech. Dr Lee has been practicing over 10 years and is very familiar with options for my husbands migraine needs. Highly recommend

Follow up and future pain mgmt for after surgery

This was my third visit for treatment with Dr. Lee ( it counting the consultation visits before treatment). His calm and meticulous manner is very soothing for someone new to this pain treatment experience. Kept me informed throughout the procedure, and it was smooth and fast.

Dr. David Lee is an exceptional doctor. I find that he listens to you, the patient, takes in everything you say and experience such as in pain, your physical abilities, your progress and set backs and what direction you know you want to pursue or how to determine the best course of action towards healing and better health. The staff has been excellent in assisting you with appointments and responding to messages. I have only positive comments. I have had no problem in getting an appointment when needed or as a follow up. The waiting room is very welcoming, comfortable and very clean.

I went to Dr. Lee after suffering for years with chronic back pain from back injuries. I'd been to numerous specialists over the years that just wrote prescriptions and dismissed how bad it really was. Dr. Lee listens. He gave me a treatment plan and I have been doing procedures he recommended and FINALLY I'm having good results and take less pain medicine! We have more treatment to do, but finally I found a doctor who trusted and listened to me and did the MRIs needed and educated me on what he saw. I cannot recommend this physician enough. Rehabilitation has come a long way and Dr. Lee has the knowledge about new clinical treatments. His training and background is also stellar. The relief from chronic pain is life changing. Go see Dr. Lee.
