He saved my life.
I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 1998 at the age of 18. I remember how compassionate, caring and competent he was. Shortly after being diagnosed and stuck in the hospital, I will always remember, when trying to teach myself Russian, I unexpectedly was gifted a book “Teach yourself Russian in 10 minutes a day” from him. We achieved remission after a month and have remained Cancer free, now 26 years. I won’t sugar coat road to recovery but I eventually walked away with a college degree and two beautiful sons. Thank you Dr. Leibowitz for saving my life!!!

Competent, compassionate good listener and willing to prescribe the latest and most effective blood cancer medicines. Willing also to write letters to insurance companies that help getting them to approve blood cancer medicines for sometimes off label uses. Efficient office staff.
