Outstanding surgeon and very caring

Dr. Leventer came recommended by a co-worker after I was told I needed cataract surgery. He explained all the various options to me and was available to review and discuss the options again until I was comfortable. I ended up doing a special lens and am thrilled with the results.

Came here for a routine eye exam. Haven't been seen in a while. Dr Leventer is thorough caring and and kind. He takes his time and answers all questions and I didnt feel rushed. which sadly is so common today. I highly reccommend this doctor. He was able to provide relief for my dry eyes that no one has been able to help me with. Five star

I can't say enough about Doctor Leventer. He diagnosed me when no one else could. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable at the same time. He is patient and extremely knowledegable. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff is warm and kind. Highly reccommend

The lady at the front desk charged me an unlawful fee and only after I complained did she reimburse me. The lady at the front desk would not do her job and submit my bill to the insurance company and then had the gall to bill me for the exorbitant amount. Rude and condescending front desk staff.

Very good doctor. He listens and understood my concerns. I received the best eye exam I’ve ever had. This doctor is thorough. I’m very thankful that I found this doctor. He spent time with me and I felt I received the care that everyone needs.

My elderly father had an appointment with Dr Leventer today. He went in a few minutes ahead and I met him there. Respiratory viruses are currently surging and my father went to the appointment wearing an N95 mask to protect himself. When I arrived my father was in the waiting room with his mask off - he was told to remove it. There is a sign on the door saying that the staff will mask on request. I asked the doctor to please wear a mask, as he was performing a test on my father IN THE WAITING ROOM. The doctor was clearly annoyed and said 'You want ME to wear a mask?' I explained that my father is 80 years old and high risk and that if he had to remove his mask I would like the doctor to wear one. He told me he would but then made no effort to put one on and continued performing the test.Dr Leventer is rude, arrogant and misinformed stating that he didn't need a mask as he's fully vaccinated, as if that would prevent transmission of SARS-CoV-2. Avoid if you value your health.

Sometimes there is a wait, but it's because Dr. Leventer is listening to each of his patients.

I just had my second cataract surgery with Dr. Leventer. He is really an exceptional and brilliant surgeon. I have already recommended him to close family and friends. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. Caring and friendly office staff. Beautiful office.

Excellent surgeon. I had a Specialty lens implant for my cataract surgery. Everything went very well. Dr Leventer has a wonderful bedside manner and explained everything in detail. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands from beginning to end. I highly recommend him for cataract surgery.

I would highly recommend Dr Leventer to anyone who is looking for a caring, compassionate and well-trained ophthalmologist. He takes time to listen carefully to my concerns and questions and answers them to my satisfaction. If I call the office for an urgent visit, I am seen the same day. Dr Leventer has even opened his office during the evening to take care of me. He is an excellent physician.

Horrible people skills. He puts you in a room and goes to the next room then comes back to you and says where were we?? This happened both visits and several times. When I had questions about cataract surgery that I need, I basically got the brush off. Now I have to start over with a new doctor. Don't waist your time going to this guy!

I would highly recommend De Leventer! He takes his time with each of his patients. I never feel rushed and I and very comfortable with him!!!!!
