Dr Liao is awesome. His FMLA tech 0 accountable
Dr Liao did well on my surgery. Recovery is taking longer than expected. I returned to work as I thought I was good. My fault. However, the FMLA, LOA is a radiology tech. My documents for leave were faxed over on the 13th and again on the 17th. They were faxed over exactly like the initial claim. She failed to return them. I made numerous calls and requested she return the documents by Mar 3, 25 I asked on each voicemail if it was for the leave Mar 3 through April 1st. I requested for her to leave yes or no On a voice mail Finally on March 25, she responded with a voice mail “I did” and after 3 calls today she got on the phone. I expressed my concern. She said “last contact with Sedgwick was in January” I stated your voice mail today responding to my voice mail asking if you returned the docs for March were returned and your response was “Idid”. Confused. I said I have your voicemail and she remarked “I am not going to argue with you!” I was offended l terminated the call

Excellent care. Have excellent range of motion 15 years later and NEVER have knee pain. Prior to surgery I had chronic knee pain for over 20 years.

Highly recommend!
Dr. Liao recently performed my 2nd carpal tunnel release surgery. Both went very well. Dr. Liao is very skilled, friendly and has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. Always a pleasure when I have appointments with him as he takes the time to answer all of my questions. Great doctor!

He operated on my shoulder. It failed. Returned to discuss to correct failed surgery. He only wanted to do rehab. He refused to try to fix the problem. I arranged appointment with an outstanding surgeon in Dallas. He assured me the failed method performed was fixable by a more current method used today.

Charged my insurance 900 dollars for a urinalysis so I could get pain medicine for a dislocated elbow I think that is ridiculous and a sign of a doctor using and abusing the insurance system and you all wonder why our insurance is so high it’s because of these kinds of doctors but that was not enough of a overcharge needed more money so he over charge me and have not returned my money back after having to ask for it back still not received my money back DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR

Had hip replaced several years ago and have constant pain. Also now need to use a cane to walk because one leg is much shorter than the other and gait is way off. Did not need cane before hip replaced. Have met others that had hips replaced and they do not have the pain that I do. Also do not need a cane to walk. Do not recommend using this doctor.

I took a family member to be seen by him, as referred by our family physician. His overview was cursory and clumsy. His clinic has patients undergoing physical therapy in FULL view of the patient waiting area. Not even a curtain. He ordered an MRI from a third party vendor, for which I paid for, as well as the radiologist who actually READ the MRI. There ended up being no date, only some inflammation. But, I had to schedule an appt and pay an additional copay for him to share that.

I had a TKR one year ago. Every time I visited the off I explained that I had pain getting up from low chairs and going up and down stairs. He said scar tissue. At my 1 yr appt he asked if I would like a 2nd opinion. After I checked the doctor he suggested on line I decided to ask my PC dr for a referral. This dr knew immediately that my knee cap was not moving smoothly and a close up X-ray shows my knee cap at an angle instead of lying straight across my knee and a small chip had broken off
