My issue is you do NOT get to see Dr Marks.I called for an appointment to meet with him following bronchitis and was told they are a Teaching Facility and I would have to see a Resident. He only comes into room if urgently needed. This explains why at my last physical I never saw him.

Terrible staff
Terrible care. They can not keep it together. Might be nice, but you visit a do tors office for competency! He is a teaching doctor so you see training PA still in school. They request blood work, but don't make it a priority to get you results or handle the issues that might arise. They send incomplete referels. Nobody follows up. You chase your tail trying to get anything and everything resolved. Incompetence all ty he way.

Negligent in ordering tests that I requested. Switched to a doctor that did the tests and found out I had a brain aneurysm. Very poor care. They chalk pain up to “anxiety” and send you on your way. The woman at the front desk is also extremely rude. The nurses were always very nice and pleasant.

While working at PCA Pain Center doctor Marks didn’t know how to interpret drug tests for his most prescribed medication, oxycodone. This led to dozens of patients being abruptly taken off of high doses of medication for supposedly taking hydrocodone, which is in fact a pharmaceutical impurity present in all oxycodone. If this happened to you, please contact the Department of Public Health. They will have information on file.

Dr. Marks is a kind, careful and thorough Doctor with an admirably wide range of experiences and talents that contribute to his skills in medicine. I am very happy to have selected him for primary care. I am also impressed with the entire staff and the new doctors that "tag team" on visits.

When I was first diagnosed with migraines I felt really afraid. My migraines were so bad that I couldn't function. Then I found Dr. Marks. From our first visit, I could tell that he really cared and listened to everything I had to say. He made me feel so much better! He reassured me that there were good solutions to my headaches and got me started right away on a new plan. I am so happy I found a doctor I really trust and I'm now doing so much better. I am so grateful to you Dr. Marks!

I met Dr David Marks last week and he is the nicest and most caring doctor I have ever met. Yes i agree the staff is a bit rude but that does not make Dr. David Marks a bad person. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very professional. I have never met such a doctor that takes the time to listen to his patients as well as making you feel comfortable. He is very caring and I strongly recommend anyone to visit him.

Dr. Marks is great. He always spends time with me and listens to what I have to say, and then works with me to find a solution. He has a great bedside manner and is warm and caring. He is also very smart and has great medical advice. I feel so lucky that he is my doctor and have highly recommended him to my family and friends.

This is a racket. And like other rackets someone is getting rich on the pain of others . This quack schedules 10 people at a time and has them sit in folding chairs or stand in the hallway or lean on broken limbs while the two arrogant incompetent nurses tell you what to do . We don't need these thieves! One acre of opium will succeed In giving us all the pain relief we need . GROW YOUR OWN!

Been with his practice for 2.5 years, suffer from bulging disk, endometriosis (reason I was referred to pain managment) then accumulated rhematoid arthritis while there. To be tapered down over the last 6 months and be told they don't treat endo or ra anymore, and then to be cut off completely today. This place is a joke and only cares about the money and not thwere patients pain being managed or we'll being!

I'm not going to worry about personality issues between PCA employees since that's just not important. I've had MS for years and PCA helps me tolerate the pain. That's the most important point.
