Dr. David McCrary, MD

Dr. McCrary has been my PCP for close to 10 years. He is an extremely compassionate and friendly person. He was recommended to me by an employee of the hospital who could have suggested anyone, but he said this is the guy you want. He was right!

In 2018 I was under Dr. McCrary's care and never forgot his compassion and medical expertise. I was hoping to return to his office after losing 3 PCP's through their seeking of other opportunities. Unfortunately, at this time the office is not accepting Internal Medicine patients. If there was a wait list, I would want to be at the top! Those under Dr. McCrary's care are very lucky.

I wouldn't even consider changing doctors. He is the best! Dr. McCrary is patient, kind and knowledgeable. His staff is outstanding. Appointments are usually available within a couple of weeks. (unlike so many others that take 2 to 3 months to get to.) I have recommended him to several people.

After more than a week in the hospital with COVID Dr McCrary did more to lift my spirits than I could have ever hoped for. He heals more than just your body he heals your spirit.

Dr. McCrary has been my wife's Doctor with her recent bone infection problem, and he has been great and I very much appreciated the time he gave to me, explaining things, etc. But on top of all that, he went out of his way to connect my visting mother-in-law with a local rheumatologist so she can continue to receive her infusion medicine during her extended stay in STL, saving her a lot of headache. And we are grateful to him for that. He is a healer and a great Doctor.

Dr. David McCrary is the kindest and most sincerely loving human I've ever met. He does not simply treat my poor health condition, he genuinely cares for my soul and being. Dr. McCrary is a saint, and I feel lucky to know him and be his patient. So caring. So kind. So professional. He always contacts me within days--or hours--of receiving my lab results to inform me of what I need to do to improve. I genuinely love this very kind man, and I feel lucky to know him. This is one of the most caring doctors I have every seen. He is smart, sensitive to his patients needs and he genuinely cares for their health.

Dr. McCrary and his staff are amazing. I was hospitalized years ago and Dr. McCrary was my attending physician. After being impressed by his work on my case, I immediately changed him to be my primary care physician and I have found it to be a very wise decision. I have had quite a lot of health issues and he has been extremely knowledgable, helpful and attentive to all my needs and questions over the years. He doesn't make you feel rushed during a visit, and even treats you like you're his only patient. I also very much appreciate his sincerity and honestly if he needs to research something and get back to me--instead of the many doctors I have had in the past that made me feel as if my physical problems were all in my head if they didn't have an immediate answer for me. I am so thankful that I found Dr. McCrary when I did!

Dr McCrary and his staff are the best. Kind and friendly. Dr McCrary makes you feel like you are the only person in his office. He has time for my questions and answers so that I can understand. His staff are friendly people and provide help as needed. I would not even consider changing.

Dr. McCrary was diligent in his case with me. I have a very unique case and he took the time to educate me and to learn more about it. He is very personable and put me at ease with my situation. If I could have all my doctors be like him we would be set!! He is great! I would highly recommend him to anybody searching for a physican over and over again! The girls there are very sweet as well. A great staff is always something that makes me happy as well.
