Dr. David Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Michael completed his medical school training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and his psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he served as Chief Resident during his last year.
