Dr. Montgomery and great staff
Dr Montgomery and staff are excellent. I've been there several times this past year. All staff members are professional, polite, etc. never had to wait more than 10 mins to get it. Trish is exceptionally efficient in handling everything at the front desk.I really like Dr Montgomery and his nurse practitioner Sylvia! Both of them takes the time to explain everything, answer all questions and never hurry through my appointments.

There are big pros and big cons of Dr. Montgomery. The pros: He's an excellent doctor, takes time with his patients, and is extremely knowledgeable. He also has a calming manner. The cons: The office is a complete mess. I have never had an appointment in which I waited less than 2 hours, and I've waited as long as 3 hours. The last time I called in advance to see if the doctor was on schedule. The person who answered said he wasn't. I asked if they could call me or text me when he was ready, and the answer was an abrupt NO. So I went and waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. This is really inexcusable, especially in COVID-19 times. I've considered changing cardiologists because of this complete lack of respect for my time. I've made up my mind -- That's exactly what I'm going to do if I have to wait more than half an hour for my next appointment.

Dr. Montgomery spends time w/patients, listens to concerns & provides explanations to all questions. He & the nurses seem to truly care about the well being of patients & do all they can to assist in their care. However, the majority of his front office staff is incompetent & disorganized. To them, you are just another annoying patient that they have to deal with. Scheduling is a nightmare & you are passed off to 5 different people before you get a straight answer. Absolutely terrible.
