Outstanding physician
I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for over 25 years... I have complete confidence in the care that he provides and he is always willing to listen to questions and concerns and provides sound advice, solutions, and a plan of care. He has a welcoming and patient personality, all while being very knowledgeable in all aspects of his practice!

Good Dr but…..
We have been patients of Dr Morris and we truly like him, however, it is getting impossible to get in to him when needed. They also have a patient portal, however, the past several months they do not respond to it. We need a Dr that if we are in need, we can get in to see in less than 8 days.

Unprofessional, inefficient, and subpar
I just got back from my scheduled appointment with Dr. Morris at 10:30 am. It is currently 12:11 pm. I originally made my appointment with Dr. Baxley who I didn't realize left The Practice until I had to call and ask why they didn't schedule me with my primary care doctor. When I went in for my appointment this morning, I waited an hour and a half before being taken back with three other patients and waiting some more in the back. Finally, I had to leave without seeing Dr. Morris because I have other things to do during the day and should not be expected to carve out 1-2 hours of waiting outside of my scheduled appointment. They claimed that this was "out of their control" but in reality it's just unprofessional. It's practices like these that make me, an 18 year old kid, just want to avoid going to the doctor at all. If you can find somewhere more efficient, go there. It's not worth waiting 2 hours to meet with your doctor for 5 minutes.

The Practice
Dr. Morris has been my Dr. for over 7 years. He has been excellent in all ways. Great doc. The office staff is another matter. Waited 2 1/2 hours to get blood draw. Go tired of waiting. Ask was was the problem. Turns out they lost my records again. Did not even know I was there. This seems to be the big problem with this practice. The doctors are excellent but the staff is something else again.

Dr. Morris is wonderful and has been my physician for almost 30 years. He give excellent care to his patients and works very , iitfor us. The physical office itself is awful, a dump and needs to be cleanup and fixed up, both inside and out....peeling pain, old and bare landscaping, dirty tile floors in the lab....come on, its been 2 plus years in this location. Time to fix/clean up. Also, in this virus world we live in, ALL patients in the waiting room should be required to wear masks.....period.
