I am a Black Moorish American, and plastic surgery is not something talked about in my community, nor seen openly. I was hesitant to address my separated abs and hernia from my 2 C-sections, and thought this was just going to be life and I was to continue looking deformed (in my eyes) in my abdomen area. I did not have high expectations at all when seeking information, but my husband supported me moving forward because these conditions were really hurting my self image and confidence. I met with Heavenly Plastic Surgery, and they randomly had a cancellation so I could have the procedure completed in a week. I went ahead and scheduled everything, and had the procedure, then came out with no complications. I am now 5 months out from my procedure, and I am beyond happy with the results! I literally cried and gave Dr. Nguyen a hug because I didn't think it was possible to cure the damage my pregnancies had on my body, but he did! I called to make an appointment to get a mole removed from my face. I was immediately told by his office staff to text a picture to their “google” phone number. Upon texting a picture I was told I would be a candidate. Keep in mind this was all done through text, unfortunately, and not per my request. I was quoted a fee of $550. I proceeded to ask the receptionist why as I specifically choose this dr through my insurance website and mole removals are a covered benefit. She said, oh, I’m new, let me ask the dr when he gets done with a patient. She texted back that they did except my insurance, which I already knew and verified through my insurance. I scheduled my mole removal...for almost a month away, not by my request. The next week I get an email to fill out all of my personal information and email it back. I emailed the office lady asking her if I could bring in all of my personal info to my scheduled procedure as I didn’t feel comfortable emailing my name, ss#, dob, address, etc. I

After 2 C-Sections and a 90lb weight loss I had a very undesirable stomach that I could just not get rid of in the gym. I lived in high waisted leggings trying to ignore and hide all my loose skin for years. Felt like all my hard work in the gym was for nothing. I wanted to feel confident in my own skin. The office space is clean and welcoming, consultations run smoothly, and most importantly, Dr. Nguyen is genuine, cares to answer each question, and is definitely a competent surgeon. Dr. Nguyen does an amazing job! Would totally recommend this clinic to friends and family!

Had to get stitches near my eye and Dr. Nguyen did a great job! I didn’t have any pain during or after the procedure and the scar healed very nicely!

Amazing!! This was my first visit with a plastic surgeon and I was very impressed with the experience. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Nguyen checked several times to make sure I was comfortable. He is definitely a very caring person and very passionate about his work. The office itself is very clean and the receptionist and assistant were both super friendly. The building was easy enough to find and there was plenty of parking available. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely come here again and I have already referred several friends! Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic doctor! My sister came in for some mole removals after thinking about it for a few years. The staff at the office were kind and courteous, the atmosphere was professional, and the doctor was kind and patient in explaining everything. The procedure was virtually painless for her, and her scars look amazing now! You can't even tell they were ever there! I would highly recommend him to all friends and family.
