Very Professional and kind. Took the time to understand my son's needs, who is language impaired. I trusted his professional assessment of my son's condition. He asked more than once if we had any questions about his diagnosis and recommendations to proceed further with surgery. He made us feel that out time with him was Important. He did not fly in and out of the room like some doctors do. This was our first visit with Dr. Nickel and we were very much pleased with his professional behavior.
