Dr. Pope is great, support staff is the problem
A few years ago, getting in to see Dr. Pope the next or same day was always a possibility. Now with the population growth, their office has not been able to keep up, to change their organizational processes to be efficient, and caring. They have really been dropping the ball. Available apts are 2 weeks out now. You will witness the Dr. order referrals and Rx, yet the staff fails to send them out or make follow-up calls on lab-test results in a timely manner. It's become a common pattern now. After weeks wt for specialty calls from referrals I call and find out the referral was never received or sent, or lost. Pharmacists complaining they're having issues with this office delaying refills or not responding. Twice this yr I have had to go in person to resolve referral issues that have taken over 3 months to leave that office, and even had to make a special Dr. apt just to resolve the matter, which is still not resolved. They need new office mgt updating to deal w high patient vol.

He’s taken great care of me for many, many years. Thank the Lord for doctors like him. He was my doctor while I lived in Richfield. Now I live in St. George and still go north for my yearly physical. Been doing that for years
