I just switched my primary from Dr Ramos’s office
Dr Ramos is nice, his pa is nice but this is the 3rd time in 2 years they don’t reply to phone calls. The one last year I had bronchitis with asthma, they didn’t call back so I ended up in urgent care. This one right now is the final chance. I called them on June 10th needing a referral for a dermatologist, my face was bright red, swollen and itchy. I waited a week for a call back, my whole face peeled then turned red again. I went to a dermatologist and paid cash for the appointment. He said it’s an allergy. I called dr Ramos’s office again on June 20th wanting a referral so I can go back to dermatologist and have it covered by my insurance. It’s now the 24th and I’ve heard nothing and my face is still bad. I just made a switch to a new drs office.

Poor care
Due to doctor in the medical group being on vacation I will need to wait 2 weeks for my biopsy results. This medical group does not put the patient first. They are incompetent. Supervisor said they would call me back but has not. There are several physicians at this group but they are unable to find one to give results. Was told there were no appointments for two weeks to give results. I am an elder and in pain. I am disabled.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Dr.(?) Ramos seems to think he knows more than all of the other doctors I have ever seen. I was forced to change doctors and made a bad decision in coming here. He refused to refill a prescription that I have taken for years. Now I'm stuck without a medicine that improves my quality of life and helps keep me from becoming sick.

Extremely chaotic atmosphere. They prescribe meds and then have no clue what meds you are taking. You will see a PA 99.9% of the time and most likely a different one each time. They have also started an unethical practice of charging you for services that are covered by your insurance by making you believe they will be denied before running them then still run them - collecting twice! If you are interested in consistent and quality care skip this doctor.

What a bizzarre young man! Too bad medical school do not teach doctors the improtance of being able to just confidently admit when a patient is too complex for them to comfortably provide stablizng treatment. Needs a few more years of experience under his belt. He did not grasp recurrent, resistant UTIs and knew nothing about INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS OR ACEPHALGIC MIGRAINES. COMPLEX CARDIAC ARRHYTHMIAS STUMPED HIM PLUS HE WAS NOTICABLY NERVOUS. WASN'T COMFORTABLE WITH KNOWLEDGE I SHARED. no good

Appointment was made with Dr. for first new patient visit. Ended up seeing the PA. Dr. was not even in the office that week. PA did not have time to discuss my Health with me. Also insinuated that I wanted to discuss possible ADHD meds so that I could sell or give away to friends. Office staff not caring about situation. Dr never returned call after a week.
