Dr. David Remis, MD

Dr. Remis is a very thorough, compassionate physician. I’ve been his patient for years (as are many members of my extended family). He is very good at looking at the big picture, never rushes me, and explains things very clearly. I’m fortunate to have him as my PCP.

When I needed a new GP, Dr. Remis was a great find. He explains things clearly and carefully while not immediately recommending pharmacological solutions for the conditions of an aging (72) patient.

He is really good at pretending to care about you so you just have to pretend too. He is a nice person but is very stubborn and rarely takes the necessary steps to actually help you. Instead of prescribing medications that would significantly improve his patients’ situations, he tries to convince them that whatever is going on will go away with time. Again, at first glance he seems like a motivated, caring doctor but unfortunately he does what he wants, and as a patient it is very difficult to change his mind and feel truly heard and understood. After over a decade of receiving rushed physicals and moderate ignorance for my concerns, I was forced to find a more genuine and caring doctor.

I am very satisfied with DR Remis. he is through in his examination s and questioning. He has been very prompt in folloing up problems even contacing me on his day off to provide me test results. In my adulthood I have had 4 primary care doctors, (now 81) By far Dr Remis is the best. In all catagories.

I have had the absolute worst experience trying to contact and set up an appointment with Dr. David R. Remis. The lady on the phone mocked me and laughed at me when I tried to make an appointment and hung up the phone mid-conversation. Extremely unprofessional--it is ridiculous the lengths we need to go just to set up a PHYSICAL. Dr. Remis, if you are reading this, please talk to your reception desk about respect and cordiality to patients. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

WORST PEDIATRICIAN EVER- My baby was diagnosed with pneumonia after visiting an urgent care and ER because this guy checked my baby (2 yrs old) at least 3 times within the past mont but he wouldn't listen to my beggings. This guy is stubborn and does not care about patients

Our family of three are patients of Dr. Remis' and have been highly satisfied with his breadth of knowledge and holistic approach to our health.
