Did not do his job.
First I was impressed with this physician. then i became tired and irritated of the next: 1. Hours waiting for an appointment. always he was late to be seen. 2. appointment was prolonged. he repeated himself and and again. 3. When needed he has never been available. 4. He would renew refill of prescription only late and after multiple requests and reminders. 5. it became an awkward task that necessitated me to confirm this refill by signing thru my cell phone???

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Roggen in Feb. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, reassuring and a great listener. He listened to my concerns and gave wonderful suggestions on how I could improve my health conditions. His beside manner is something you don't see these days. Thank you Dr. Roggen for accepting me as a new patient. -Arlene Hines

I have been a patient of Dr. Roggen for over 25 years. Dr. Roggen is so thorough. He listens to his patients and takes the time to explain everything. I never feel rushed. Dr. Roggen is an excellent diagnostician who looks at the whole picture. He makes sure he is aware of your medical history and genuinely cares. He discusses all treatment and medication options and truly practices patient centered care. I recommended him to many friends and acquaintances over the years, and they all thank me.
