He did absolutely nothing for a chemical frostbite/burn! Was told to report to the ER at BMH for 4-6 hours of observation which they did not do. Barely looked at the hand, never even suggested Ibuprofen, antibiotic cream...nothing. Completely dismissed because you are just a number and they were busy.
