I have met with Dr. Rowan twice, once via telehealth and again in person. Dr. Rowan is my new PCP, with the retirement of my doctor for more than 25 years. He exceeded my expectations and he has shown a true and honest concern for my health and well being. He listens to my issues and my concerns and offers his recommendations for my consideration. I look forward to building upon this partnership In my health care with him.

I have been a very complex patient over the years and i have come to love Dr. Rowan care and again i find out he is no longer with the firm and is gone. This is the fourth Dr that has left the practice without notice and we the patient is not allowed any contact number. Apparently only good reviews appear. John Brannan In fayetteville Ga

Dr.Rowan is the Best Doctor I've had in years but his support staff need to go.Never can get a referral on time, medications not called in .They don't return phone calls.They all need to be replaced by people who want to work and like what they do and not just for a pay check.

Dr Rowan is nice enough and competent enough, but I HATE that practice!! I'm going to do something I've never done before: change doctors. Here's the problem: I can't get his staff to handle their part of my care at all. Interactions with my insurance aren't just difficult, his staff continually fall down and I don't get prescriptions, etc. I see many doctors, it's never such a failure anywhere else at any time. I'm through with this. A doctor should not have such an incompetent insurance staff.
