Dr Roxas
Found him to be rude. He examined me then sat with back to me mumbling. So I changed doctors.

Extraordinary opthalmologist
I have been going to Dr. Rozas for years. He has done cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery on my eyes and, as far as I'm concerned, has saved my eyesight. He is a brilliant surgeon. Another doctor at the practice told me he'd only want Dr. Rozas to do any eye surgery on him. I've never known him not to answer a question. The staff is very friendly, as well.

This is the second time I've been back to this doctor in a handful of years and this time, I have learned my lesson. Dr. Rozas is self-important and acts like you are a total imposition interrupting his busy day. He doesn't explain your condition and is annoyed when you ask simple questions about test results. His advice is prefaced by unhopeful statements like "You're not special" and "You're not going to like anything I tell you." Since this visit, I have heard from two friends who had a similar experience, calling him rude and condescending. Lesson learned!

Dr. Rozas has been a Godsend to me. I have several different eye problems that are difficult to treat. Unfortunately the treatments for my worst problems make the others harder to treat. I was seeing 3 different kinds of eye specialists trying to keep things under control. He was able to create a treatment plan of surgery and medications that have simplified my life and stabilized my eyes. I liked my other eye specialists but I prefer seeing just one doctor for all of my eye problems.

Had routine cataract surgery performed (typically 99% success rate). Required a cornea transplant afterwards. He is RUDE and ARROGANT! He called me a "frequent flyer patient" and a "Princess and a Pea." Do NOT go to this doctor!!!

I took my dad for his first visit with Dr. Rozas today. The exam was VERY thorough and Dr. Rozas went through all the tests. My dad is 88 and Dr. Rozas was very patient with him and answered all of his questions. He didn't try to rush my dad through the appointment but took his time with him. My dad was very impressed with him and glad he found him. The staff was very courteous and friendly not only to my dad but to other patients as well.

Insultingly rude to the point of being hurtful. Ask a question only to interrupt you before you can answer. Worst doctor visit I have ever been to.

This man was impatient and condescending, to the point of being rude. I could not communicate with him. As a result I had to see another Dr to have my eyes tested again as the glasses that were prepared in accordance with his instructions could not be used.
